Eating Disorder Directory is a directory of eating disorder treatment programs: inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Each listing page shows what we know about one eating disorder program.
Where the data comes from
We take records from the sources below.
- SAMHSA Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locator (FindTreatment.gov), N-SUMHSS facility data. License: Public domain (work of the US federal government, 17 U.S.C. 105; FindTreatment.gov dedicates the work worldwide under CC0 1.0). Data refreshed weekly.
- State health facility licensing lists. License: Public records; each state names its own reuse terms. Data refreshed every quarter.
- Eating Disorder Directory editors. License: All rights reserved. Data updated by hand.
A listing is a record, not an endorsement
A listing shows what we know about one eating disorder program. It does not mean that we recommend it.
How a listing is checked
Every published listing has its own page, and search engines can index it.
Our team reviews each new listing before it goes live.
An owner proves control of a listing with an email address on the business domain or a manual check by our team.
An owner change to the name, phone, website, street address, address line 2, city, region, postal code and country goes to review before it shows.
Claim or correct a eating disorder program
To claim a listing that is unclaimed, open it and select "Claim this listing".
To report a mistake, open the listing and select "Suggest a change".
